Ray has made my experience with Presto-X a 10/10! Ray is very knowledgeable, and has came out multiple times to treat our home. It’s always a pleasure to see Ray, and talk with him. I definitely recommend working with Ray, when I call the actual company it can be awhile before a technician comes out but when I text Ray he makes it a priority and squeezes us in!
I joined the mosquito service and was told they’d come the following day (07/02/25)and I even called to confirm and was told I was scheduled yet no one showed. When I called back to see what happened I was told they’d had a clerical error and would do a rush order to have someone here the next day (07/03/25)Once again no one showed and when I called I was told they’d still try to send someone within the hour and of course no one showed. Very disappointed as to how this was handled.
Ray is a positive helpful courteous talented worker. Glad to have him do our property inside and outside. Great to have him accommodate our needs and timing.
