This is definitely the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. They were out within a few days when I called, and immediately fixed the problem I was having with my shower drain. They are also very friendly and knowledgeable on plumbing, and will explain the problem/best solutions in a way you can understand. Very reasonable price and kind people. Would highly recommend.
Presto Plumbing was excellent to work with from start to finish. Andrea provided great customer service and communicated clearly to let us know when Nathan, the plumber, would arrive. Nathan installed an extra-height toilet at our office, and the service was performed the very next day. This is a great family-owned local business that clearly puts its customers first. Presto plumbing did an AMAZING job for us when we had tree roots clogging up our sewage drain. They were quick to respond to our initial phone call and worked on our issue until the job was done staying with it past dark. They had a great deal of experience and were very considerate with the inside of our house when snaking camera down the drain in our bathroom. Will definitely be using them again and will HIGHLY recommend!
Couldn’t recommend Nathan and Andrea more. They had great communication and went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing issue was sorted out, even working an extra day with no extra charge due to the complications of our older home. I will be recommending them to anyone with plumbing needs in the future!
