I got a low ball offer on a watch that I wanted to sell and after they carefully inspected the watch I was told that the watch was not real and that they cannot buy the watch. I calmly walked away because I knew for a fact that the watch was real so I took it to another pawn shop and they offered me almost double of what presto originally offered because my watch was indeed real. Definitely 0/10 do not recommend this pawn shop at all
They love to rip you off will sell you something that bearly works just to turn around and say they won't buy something like that now I'm stuck with a piece of crap
Was running late to a shoe pickup at the store from a Facebook marketplace post and due to working late the guy that answered the phone would not stay open just literally 5 minutes till I got there said he closed at 7 on the dot the staff were not understanding at all I drove 35 minutes had to turn around when 5 minutes away beware of the customer service here
They’ll lowball you, I was offered $40 for a product that sold same day for 200 elsewhere. Don’t waste your time on these scammers
I love this place been going there for years friendly always a smile on there faces ty guys soo much
