Is this a real pawn shop? Owner acts aggressive, called my genuine watch fake just to lowball me. Later saw others say he buys replica watches from China and sells them as real. Shocked. Hope authorities shut this place down. Stay away!
If 0 star were an option, that’s what this pawn shop deserves. Giving 1 star is already overrating them. I brought my genuine / authentic watch to the owner. He acted super casual and dismissive, and immediately told me my watch was a fake – just to push the price down. It was a disgusting tactic. Later I heard from several friends that this owner actually sells replica watches. He buys high-end fakes from China and sells them as real. I bought a watch from this pawn shop. Later I took it to an authorized repair store, and the technician told me it was a replica/fake, not an authentic piece. When I went back to the shop and confronted the owner, he was extremely rude and sarcastic – no apology, no explanation, just a mean and contemptuous attitude. It was obvious he knew what he was selling. Do NOT trust this place. If you don’t want to be cheated, stay far away from this pawn shop and its dishonest owner.
Gave me a better amount for a TV I was selling than competitors offered.
