Honest, friendly, genuine, knowledgeable. 5 star service. Highly recommend him. Rob looked at my ML55 AMG, which is an older model and within 5minutes told me for free what I was about to pay $500 somewhere else for. Blown away by this man’s kindness who spent collectively probably an hour of his time on the phone over the last few weeks before I finally got there today, trying to help me save $800 via a simple alternative fix…and today he did.
