I was very satisfied with my window replacements. Was within the time range they gave me and were very courteous. The employees even gave me a battery jump and helped tidy things up for me.

ZERO RATING!!! Had an appt. between 4 and 6, called at 4:30 to confirm they were definitely coming, was told they were. Never showed! Called and left a message because there was no answer and expected a call the next day and two days later still no call! Very shady company!!!

I will give them a 0 if I can. They put the wrong window wrong sensor and and wrong molding it took them two weeks to do that and still almost a year and they haven’t fix it. When you call them they don’t answer and they keep saying they don’t fix it once is on but they guarantee their work. Most horrible experience

I would give negative stars if I was able to. First they came out with the wrong replacement window, (I told the receptionist the make/model/which window MULTIPLE times) then it took them a few days to get the correct one. They are NEVER on time, I was told 9am-11am it is now 3:15pm & I am still waiting. They did not install the correct clip on the window to close it properly, it's a back quarter panel window.
