While it was a wait, we all know we wait. Pleasant place lovely people
Helpful and friendly. When you call, a friendly person actually answers the phone. If she doesn't know the answer, she finds out. The sales reps were also welcoming without being the stereotypical unreliable folks working at a dealership. I did not feel ripped off. They were very transparent and offered options when looking for a vehicle. If they didn't provide the service, they were able to provide additional options outside of their service center. Read the fine print and ask questions. And they will answer them.
I hesitated to write this comment for a while now because I wanted to love & trust Prestman auto so bad but I hate to say that I felt played with. I purchased a vehicle here a year ago. It was a big deal for me since it was my first time being independent doing big girls stuff. I even took the safety route of getting the warranty etc. & they assured me multiple time during my purchase that they will take care of if anything.
