Helpful and friendly. When you call, a friendly person actually answers the phone. If she doesn't know the answer, she finds out. The sales reps were also welcoming without being the stereotypical unreliable folks working at a dealership. I did not feel ripped off. They were very transparent and offered options when looking for a vehicle. If they didn't provide the service, they were able to provide additional options outside of their service center. Read the fine print and ask questions. And they will answer them.

I hesitated to write this comment for a while now because I wanted to love & trust Prestman auto so bad but I hate to say that I felt played with. I purchased a vehicle here a year ago. It was a big deal for me since it was my first time being independent doing big girls stuff. I even took the safety route of getting the warranty etc. & they assured me multiple time during my purchase that they will take care of if anything. DJ helped me find the perfect car and let me test drive like 8 cars until I found the one I liked. I told him my budget and that I wanted to just look around for a bit too and he said " okay, when you are ready come inside and let me know which ones you want to test drive". Then he gave me the keys for like 5 different cars I was maybe interested in. and I test drove them all, at my own pace, and by myself, so I didn't have to have a sales rep with me.
