Prestlie was amazing as I move from Washington state to Vacaville all by myself! She showed me all types of homes but always listened to what I needed!! She worked so hard to get me the perfect home!! You won’t be disappointed with anything Prestlie helps with with! Highly recommend her!!

We have known Prestlie for a few years so we knew that she would be an excellent choice for us when we decided to purchase another house. We asked her to look for houses outside her normal service area and she agreed. She did market research for the areas we were interested in and made sure we got an amazing deal ($100k under asking). She worked hard and made sure the entire process went smoothly. Cannot recommend her enough.
If you're looking for a realtor, stop and hire Prestlie! My husband and I weren't too serious about buying, but if the right thing came up, then we might jump. Prestlie went right to work and found us the perfect home! It ended up being a new build that doesn't *require* an agent, but man do I recommend one! She helped get us the best deal available, kept things on track when the builders were trying to delay, and when there was a hiccup, she negotiated on our behalf for an even better deal. I don’t even know where to begin…I knew Prestlie was good at her job but she went above and beyond and further exceeded my expectations. She was so patient and kind with my grandma would wanted to sign everything by hand and was going through a very hard time after losing my grandfather. Prestlie made excellent recommendations on how to sell the home quickly, as my grandma really wanted to be out of the house.
