Very bad experience with this company. Products were mailed (courrier ICS) on the day I ordered. The courier company ‘apparently’ lost the order. Product supposed to be received 3-5 days after shipment. It took 13 days. Turns out the courrier ICS mailed it through Canada Post. In the meantime after 10 days I wrote to the company. Took a few days for them to let me know that the package could not be traced so they proceeded with a refund. Once I received the refund, my product arrived. Ordered/shipped April 9.
