We have tried, really tried but can no longer consciously recommend this company. They are always out of town or a family emergency, never available. Horrible customer service and plain rude. We had an issue with our heater in the beginning of this season and I asked Randy what he thought the issue was and how much might it cost to fix it. He replied "no idea, don't you want it fixed?"
