Why can’t someone turn up when arranged too! Why can’t they sit in their car and wait till one minute before appointment before knocking at someone’s door, instead of coming to door 5 or 10mins before! We all have lives before and after the appointment! Some staff are downright rude and harsh! Some, it is very difficult to understand! I would not recommend them at all overall!
