Fraud and lies. I bought 2 rebuilt hydraulic accumulators for my RR since the prices were low. When I first got the units I took off the bleeders and they were filthy underneath. Sprayed air in the hole and all kinds of old crud came out of the valve assembly. Turns out that he does not rebuild the valve portion and instead sprays the unit with cheap paint to hide that fact.
