Had an issue with my car window and wanted to support a black business. Went in and was told it’ll be $175 an hour to fix, before I was even diagnosed. Went agree that it’s $175 to diagnose and it’ll go to any repairs. I was ok with that. After two hours, they were able to keep my window from falling down but they didnt know what the problem was AND they’ll call me the next day, with parts and labor costs(which didn’t make any sense). First time calling them to get some work done on my car and spoke to a young man name Jason. He said to call him back after lunch later that day. I called him as requested around 1pm the same day, and got no answer so I left a message hoping to get a call back, no call back. I called again several times that same day, no answer.
