Unable to reach anyone by phone or socials. Phone goes straight to voicemail and mailbox is full. Have been happy with service in the past but I am paying for a maintenance plan and unable to reach anyone. Will update review when/if I hear back.
Writing this review to caution homeowners against purchasing warranty agreements with this company or doing business with this company in general. Their practices are predatory, often charging customers for mistakes that were made by their own installers and working off agreements that have term limits which are never disclosed. There are a few very kind people who work for this company but the people at the higher level and their unjust practices need some major restructuring. Great local company. Picked up the phone on the first try. Had a tech to my house in an hour. Lain Smith was extremely pleasant and helpful. Didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or given a sales pitch. Will be calling Prestigious again to request Lain for any HVAC repair/maintenance needs!
Lain was great. A little pricey, but got the job done. Will use again.
