After having warranty blower motor on new install by this company replaced, months later, condenser failed, tried on multiple occasions to contact Damien and his company and they never responded. After giving them a rave installation review, the rest of my experience was extremely disappointing, my advice, try someone else, lots of good small contractors like his out there.
DISAPPEARED
I don’t think this company is open anymore. I’ve been trying to get them for months and the phone number doesn’t work. AC that they installed a year ago is acting up. Not super this company knows what its doing.
Damien will not honor his warranty. Will not even take my calls. Sad!
Unable to reach anyone by phone or socials. Phone goes straight to voicemail and mailbox is full. Have been happy with service in the past but I am paying for a maintenance plan and unable to reach anyone. Will update review when/if I hear back.
