Me and my fiancee rented threw them. Our ac went out and i kept trying to contact them but nothing so i just put a window unit in. They finnaly want to come fix it in November when i didnt need it. The roof needed some big repairs. If you want anything fixed you havr to wait a long ass time. She was very rude all thr time. I highly recommend nobody rent from this crazy place. You will be very unhappy

Have had multiple negative experiences wth this company. They charge for everything and do the bare minimum. They talk a big game about their maintenance and improvements, but they never follow through . In fact, instead of improving things, they keep finding ways to add charges and doing less and less themselves . Would never recommend I really cannot say enough bad things about them.

DO NOT RENT FROM PRESTIGE OR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH ANDY WILSEY-COOPER. Long story short there were multiple occasions where maintenance was needed and wasn't done. I'm honestly not even sure she if has a maintenance crew. I went weeks without a deadbolt that locked my front door. Days without hot water, then when I threatened to call the city because nothing was being done the next day she sent out an unlicensed professional who caused a gas leak trying to fix something he clearly didn't know how to fix.
