The entire sales team at Prestige was great. I first went in alone to chat with a sales rep (Mike) and see some of the boats available. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to what my family's needs were in a new boat, and guided me through the available options. He showed me several models and explained the differences between each of them. We had a great experience buying through Prestige Water Sports. We live in WA and did the whole thing over the phone with Chad, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, including some post-sales help. At one point we ran into a bit of a snag with the delivery drivers fuel pump going out, and after learning about it missing the delivery we were hoping for, Chad and the Prestige team got another driver down there overnight and still had it delivered the next day at 9AM, where we had it on the water by 11AM. The service was absolutely amazing by Chad and the Prestige team!! We just bought a beautiful Tige from them and the process from initial interest to demo to financing and close was as seamless as I have seen. Extremely knowledgeable and great crew!!
