We have used Adventure (Prestige) to rent 5-6 vans every year for 3 years for a company event. They have top notch customer service (Angie), are very flexible, helpful, and friendly! Would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

I believe these reviews are not real because I have been trying to book for two weeks by phone and the customer service has been annoying. I am waiting to make a reservation that I do not want to do online. I want to do it by call since I need a specific van and there are no answers. I need to book as soon as possible but whenever I call, the person who attended me before is always at lunch or is not even at the location and the other woman who is attending does not help me at all.
