We stayed with them twice in the last 6 years. The first time was great-the hot tub broke and they came out the very next day and fixed it. The house was nice and was, for the most part, exactly as it was pictured. The second time was horrible. There were all these bugs (they looked like queen ants so not sure if they were ants or termites) everywhere and when I called to complain they came out and sprayed but left piles of dead bugs everywhere.
