Spoke with them on the phone today about a upcoming multi city trip I wanted to plan. From the beginning of our conversation the lady I spoke with sounded very shy or unsure of any question I posed to her. To be honest she sounded very young, maybe new to the field.. Because of this I actually asked if she were new to the profession. I wasn't being mean, my tone was pure curiosity in order to understand who I was speaking with. Such an AWFUL experience with this company, the travel agent Tammy Smith was non responsive and terrible to work with. She cancelled our booking without speaking to us after we paid in full and told us there was nothing she could do about it even through she never spoke to us about cancelling. Her recommendation was to dispute it with my credit card if I wanted any money back. This company stole money from myself and two other people who booked with them and we have nothing to show for it but a huge bill. She won’t respond t... read more
