Such an AWFUL experience with this company, the travel agent Tammy Smith was non responsive and terrible to work with. She cancelled our booking without speaking to us after we paid in full and told us there was nothing she could do about it even through she never spoke to us about cancelling. Her recommendation was to dispute it with my credit card if I wanted any money back.
