Spoke with them on the phone today about a upcoming multi city trip I wanted to plan. The lady that answered the phone ,after telling her my destinations, said in a rude manor '" What, you want that now". A little taken back by her response I of course said that I wasn't leaving today and it would be for a future trip. From the beginning of our conversation the lady I spoke with sounded very unsure of any question I posed to her or " put out" for having to help me. Because of this I actually asked if she were new to the profession. I wasn't being mean, my tone was pure curiosity in order to understand who I was speaking with.
