rude, & unprofessional. They don’t know how to handle relationships with their partners. They add your hotel to their list without permission and do a horrible job at handling reservations for their clients. They lack knowledge on the hotel industry and how they work. Please don’t use their services there are better travel agencies with better customer service and open 24 hrs.

Prestige Travel and our agent Jordan assisted us with planning a 2-week business and vacation trip to Germany in October. We only had a few weeks to plan the trip but Jordan successfully secured our flights, rental car, hotels in 6 cities and tours based on sites and experiences we wanted. It was a fabulous trip that met all of our expectations and we will gladly use the travel agency and Jordan again for future travels.
