Jordan Della Bella did an amazing job of organizing a trip for my granddaughter and me. I told her "out west" and "no rental car" and she did the rest! rude, & unprofessional. They don’t know how to handle relationships with their partners. They add your hotel to their list without permission and do a horrible job at handling reservations for their clients. They lack knowledge on the hotel industry and how they work. Please don’t use their services there are better travel agencies with better customer service and open 24 hrs.
