Poor experience with Alaska travel planning.
We worked with Linda Gartner for a trip to Switzerland and Italy. She assured us she specialized in those countries. We were charged $150 for her services and all she did was quote us prices from other travel companies like Kensington Tours which was very expensive (and something we could have done ourselves). She would not break down the pricing so we were unable to eliminate tours to get the price down. After several weeks of frustration we ended up booking our entire 2 week trip ourselves.
