Mary Shaw is an expert at organizing travel and vacation plans! She has planned so many trips for us from cruises and trips to Alaska, Hawaii, Europe and our road trip to New England last year. She is so good at learning what we are looking for in our travels and very knowledgeable about the areas we’ve visited. She makes our travels hassle free and we are looking forward to our 2026 cruise she just planned!
Mary Shaw has been our agent at Prestige Travel Leaders for 2 Viking cruises and is currently working on our 3rd for May,2026. She is extremely knowledgable about that particular cruise line and is able to answer any questions we have had along the way. We really appreciated receiving a packet from her 2 weeks prior to cruising with all pertinent documents and itineraries, which we found to be extremely helpful. Jordan Della Bella organized a magnificent trip for Nanci and I to tour the Grand Canyon, Mounuments, Bryce and Zion Nation Parks. She listened to us, understood our desires and delivered an amazing trip. Jordan also kept in touch prior to the trip, making sure any questions we had were answered. Dannielle has been fabulous in taking care of our travel needs. She is wonderfully responsive and immediately is on top of things. And when I've probably driven her a bit crazy, she is always professional, polite, and accommodating. I highly recommend her!
