Unfortunately e just had the worst experience with Prestige. We have used them for every family vacation since 2021 and I booked a Sprinter for 10 to be picked up today at 8:45pm. I have a confirmation for that time 8/21 and 11/11. They even asked for confirmation on another trip/flight details on flight and I have no clue there was a problem with today’s travel.
