I came almost 30 minutes away from this location. I came hear twice and had horrible experience with Jeferey Cicero. What a rude and stubborn guy. During schedule, service department made some promises and this guy, he was not willing do fullfill that promises. He is not helpful at all. Every other staff are very good and solved my problem right away. Please make sure to reach to correct service representatives if you go there.
I brought my 2023 Tundra in for an oil change & Rear Brakes .. Everthing went smooth, including the free lift/ride back and forth.. . I always request Jeff C. as my service advisor, i have had Jeff in the past... Jeff and his team were friendly and professional.. Thank You Angelo O. Ramsey, NJ
