Had full truck detail, ceramic coating , and undercoating last year. Truck looked amazing when picked up except few issues on detail. But year later undercoat rusting through all over..

I made an appointment for tinting, put down a deposit, and showed up 15 minutes early just to find the place completely closed and the doors locked. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I even called the same number they contacted me from and still got nothing back. At first, I accidentally went to another place with a similar name and quickly found out there have apparently been issues like this before, which honestly made the whole situation even more concerning. Jeremy the owner convinced me to have Icon Rocklear applied to my vehicle he did such a lousy job you can see lines from the application. I have been over a year trying to get them to fix my truck. I live over 2 hours away so this is very inconvenient for me. I like the product but the application was terrible. I drove up to Portland the other day trying to maybe catch Jeremy there because he doesn't return calls. Booked an Appointment a month out, Traveled from Nh at 7am to get the tint done. I talked to someone from the place on the phone about 15 before I arrived. When I did arrive the doors were locked and I called and texted 4 times to no avail. Super interesting experience and waste of gas.
