I truly regret choosing to buy from here. The unprofessionalism is shocking. Of course they were all smiles until they got my money. Live and learn I guess. Avoid these people, seriously. Another location right in cherry Hill has much better staff that will talk to you like a human being.
Ive taken my car there 3 times with the same issue. They charged me for a tire rotation and didn't rotate a single tire. Just got 4 brand new tires and i’m already losing air. Thanks prestige!
Their service center team is exceptional. I have been bringing my Subaru here for its annual checkups since 2018 and their staff are knowledgeable, empathetic and puts customer first. Most recently, I had a nail in my tire and although they were backlogged, Angelina was able to have both the rear tires replaced and the car ready for pickup the same day.
I bought a used Impreza with a clean carfax. But when my mechanic saw it he pointed out that it had been in an accident, with the grill and other parts being replaced. I asked the dealer what my options were when I went to pick up my plates. They said that there was nothing they could do. The car does seem to run fine. But I did pay a premium to ensure that I got a "clean" car, which they did not provide.
My daughter was looking for a newer car and saw a few online that she liked & were in her price range. We drove over to Prestige and had the great fortune of working with Dan Carey. He was amazing! He showed my daughter exactly what she wanted to see in the price range she could afford. At no time did we feel pressured. It was a truly pleasant experience!
