I met John last weekend, as I walked in. He had a smiling face and encouraged me to look around. Once I decided on a model, he showed me the two on the lot. He encouraged me to take a test drive and spent some time with me, showing me the car’s features. I purchased the car and on the day of the pickup he again spent a lot of time with me and encouraged me to give him a call with any questions after I left the lot.
