Love it the staff members here treat you like family assisting with any of your needs and don't mind giving a helping hand am so grateful to be doing business with this company and the view from where my storage is absolutely beautiful and management does a great job at keeping the place clean
The current manager you have at your gateway Self Storage located on 11th Avenue Columbus Ohio is very unprofessional you cannot have an adult conversation with her before she starts yelling and screaming at you dealing with the public is not a business she should be in her name is Ashley. She does not deal well with people.
If you are type of person that thinks you’re better than someone else, your race is superior to other races. This is the place for you otherwise you are not welcome.
