Wasted time. Applied for a job I was overqualified for. Came in person for an interview (wasted 2 hours driving and putting on a suit). Never heard back - emailed and no response/ghosted. 2 weeks later the job I applied for is back up.

The unprofessionalism makes the experience disappointing to say the least. I was told by Kyle that getting placed with a company is going to take time. I didn't think that meant she was going to ignore all of my follow-up emails, phone calls, and inquiries, altogether. "Patience is the name of the game", she said. Submitted my resume for two specific roles I was really interested in. Received a phone call asking me to come in to their office for an in person meeting before my resume would be submitted to the companies. Upon arriving, the woman I met with spent more time trash talking other candidates and asking inappropriate personal questions about things like tattoos and piercings and hair color.
