The unprofessionalism makes the experience disappointing to say the least. I was told by Kyle that getting placed with a company is going to take time. I didn't think that meant she was going to ignore all of my follow-up emails, phone calls, and inquiries, altogether. "Patience is the name of the game", she said. Submitted my resume for two specific roles I was really interested in. Received a phone call asking me to come in to their office for an in person meeting before my resume would be submitted to the companies. Upon arriving, the woman I met with spent more time trash talking other candidates and asking inappropriate personal questions about things like tattoos and piercings and hair color. I was presented only with jobs that were not associated with my role. Then, I was treated as though I was being unreasonable for not wanting those jobs. Not a service I would use again. These days, LinkedIn and Indeed are more effective for your job searches.
