My session exceeded my expectations. I had a migraine at the time of our session, and I received the most amazing, and attentive session. My whole body hurt, and was very stressed. I received a whole body approach that allowed space for relaxation, decreased pain, and a sense of peace. There was a lot we could have worked on to help me feel better but I enjoyed her trust in me saying i needed to relax and she followed through with that. Valerie was fantastic! She started off by asking the right questions to cater the massage to my needs. She focused on muscle tension and trouble areas but still made a point to ensure relaxation. The table warmer, hot rocks and hot towels made it all that much better. I was very happy (and relaxed) after and ready to book again. I highly recommend giving her a try!
