The entire experience of purchasing a couch from Prestige was fabulous!! Eve was super helpful, never pushy, and very patient. The communication was efficient and consistent. The delivery was perfect and the delivery people were very careful and attentive. I highly recommend as every step of this purchase was excellent!!
Met these guys at the Vancouver Fall Home show, I was really impressed with the quality of their stuff. But the sales staff was really the impressive part. Excellent people knowledgeable, very polite and personable the quality furniture they sell equals the quality sales people I dealt with more than five stars.👍👍
Buyer beware if you insist on buying from this establishment, double check everything on your custom builds The suggestions on some changes they made to our original drawings were awesome and they were very helpful throughout this entire stage of the process, of course they were this is the sales part. We purchased a dining room table and upholstered chairs about 8 months ago. We have enough experience with it now to say it’s outstanding! The finish on the table seems to allow light scratches to wipe off. This table is very good, solid quality! And I LOVE that it’s Canadian made! The fabric on the chairs is also magic! Everything simply wipes off! We were super happy with the service here as well. I highly recommend this business!
I recently ordered a custom king storage bed worth over $8000.00 I got the bed placed together and seen the middle insert support piece did not fit rendering the frame useless as I couldn’t place my mattress onto it in order to sleep! I complained and was told they would inform the factory and the solution was for me to wait 2 weeks until the factory could send a replacement with the expectation I sleep on the floor until it arrived.
