Great place. Best activities in town. A real community.
The Dining room service manager does not wash his hands to prepare food nor after entering the Kitchen from other parts of the facility. The cooks Mariah and Maryanne do not wash their hands to prepare food or when entering the kitchen from other parts of the facility. The servers eat on the service line and do not wash their hands before interacting with the residents food and then they serve the food to the residents. When my sister in law and I started looking for a place for our 96 year old Dad in November of 2022, Prestige High Desert was the first place we checked out. Because we were so impressed, it was the ONLY place we looked at and, surprising to us, we signed up immediately. What so impressed us initially was the large community spaces and the cleanliness.
