The Dining room service manager does not wash his hands to prepare food nor after entering the Kitchen from other parts of the facility. The cooks Mariah and Maryanne do not wash their hands to prepare food or when entering the kitchen from other parts of the facility. The servers eat on the service line and do not wash their hands before interacting with the residents food and then they serve the food to the residents.
