I’m posting this as a warning to Prestige Senior Living, the parent company of Brookside, based on a troubling experience with Brookside that Prestige has failed to address. In September 2025, my family moved my mother into Brookside under Hospice care. While a small number of staff clearly cared about residents, the overall experience was unsafe and poorly managed. Prestige High Desert has been an incredible support for our family. From the very beginning, the team made us feel welcomed, informed, and truly cared for.
