From my experience, the team is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about what you have to say. Whether it’s Bailey at the front desk, Travis in maintenance, or anyone else on the team, I always feel confident that my questions will be answered, or that I’ll be connected with someone who can help. The residents are happy, engaged, and always a joy to chat with. It’s a warm, welcoming environment all around.
Overall this facility is well maintained and the majority of the staff is competent and friendly. Main disappointments are; incredibly expensive rent rates with large annual rent increases, tiny food portions at meal times (residents still need to go grocery shopping or have groceries delivered) and lack of security (caught tweakers wandering the hallways looking for food and drugs at 9pm in the evening). Mother -in-law is moving in with us, but this was her first choice. Very professional and friendly staff. They made us feel very comfortable. If things change in the future we will definitely consider a move into this facility 😃
Staff with the assisted living side is amazing and pay great attention to all the residents needs. Would highly recommend this as a place for your parents to go
The only good thing about Karcher Senior Living was Carla who manages admissions. The nursing staff treated my father like he was a burden and did not care to take the time to realize that he was hearing impaired and required care different than your normal resident. The evening staff, as they were sitting down eating, did not acknowledge me as I walked past them when I was setting up my father's room. Glad they had a good dinner.
