There has been a total lack of urgency, professionalism and care by this alarm company. Our accounts were mixed up, incorrect and incomplete from Day 1 of the startup of the 2nd houses alarm system and it appears as if the District Manager Adam Buhl was just interested in getting us locked in to the 5 year contract because we have experienced false alarms and didn't have the correct codes or contact info on files which has put us in a compromising situation with the police station for the next year.
