I would not recommend renting from Prestige realty. They withheld $65 of my security deposit to replace the patio door screen and to clean the door track and window tracks. They said they we’re going to replace the screen when we moved in and never did. They never specified to clean the tracks on their move out cleaning list. They only stated to vacuum the tracks. stay away form this company. they are rude,dishonest. they tell you to leave key when you checkout. manager will tell everything is nice and clean. after moire than month they send huge bill. this way they grab deposit money. they never respond to your latter. after cpl of year they sent it to collection agency. this people are worst while giving service.

Stay away from this company! The management is rude, not helpful when dealing with faulty neighbors and completely lack professionalism! It is all too much of a headache to get out of your lease having to allow 45 day written notice. We have been dealong with a terrible neighbor for three months with no resolution or help! !
