Very unethical business. I paid over 15,000 for 14 months. I was a great tenant. They took 195 of my deposit because they said apartment wasn't cleaned. Moved out on 12/17 and received the check-out list two days after I moved. I am 24 and received all my college apartment deposits back. It was cleaned and the pictures they sent were ridiculous. Trista the manager didn't even consider my conversation and information. You may have gained $195 but you lost a future renter.

Roaches, rats, and lost deposit… My apt was not very clean when I moved. I took pictures of everything before I recleaned everything myself. They never gave me a parking pass with my key so I had to drive to the other side of Cincy to get that. The walls/floor/ceilings are super thin and you can hear ever little conversation. I had some issues with mice under the sink and leaving poop. At night outside there were always cockroaches everywhere. Had two come into my apt. One alive by the doorway. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, this is the worst company you could rent from in Cincy. I moved out early so they kept my security deposit along with 2 months rent, but then charged us nearly 500 dollars because of the 'disrepair' of the apartment; the worst offenses being 2 nail holes and a command strip. They charged 40 dollars for things like cleaning the counter tops and a single item being left in a drawer. You'd be better off homeless then renting thru these snakes. Eat my shorts.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They steal your money and will call the cops on you. During the pandemic I lost my job and was placed on furlough which took a couple months to figure out. When you call them as a current tenant, they would have a voicemail stating that they were closed, however upon calling the new tenant number, I found out that they actually had people in the office. Prestige Property Management is hands down the worst organization to rent a dwelling from in Cincinnati. Don't be fooled by these 5 star fluff reviews raving about how great their maintenance department is because they provided a quick response to your clogged sink or your toilet isn't flushing properly. Don't get me wrong, fixing these types of issues is important as a renter, but more importantly how do they treat you as a person. I lost my job due to Covid, I told that to Prestige as soon as it happened and after. almost 2 months of not receiving unemployment, I finally received it.
