**Updated** To retract the smart remarks you give your past tenants and replace them with sarcastic ones. Still shows it’s not the tenants yall care about. And to say 5 months of unpaid rent is a fabrication in itself. 100s of bad reviews is proof this company is indeed slum lords. No matter how you coat it. And I STILL DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend. If you deal with them, prepare to be homeless in the near future

i live hear now they are not good they take they time fix stuff i have to call more then once to get they her to fix stuff and i have to get the city involved

They have poor communication skills, are incredibly unreliable, and are not willing to do much to help their tennents. Look them up on the better business bureau to see better reviews on their practices. I am a previous tenant, who was not happy for more than a year of renting from this management company. They are petty, and absolutely unprofessional on many fronts.
