We went to Prestige Print just to look around. We were getting ready to order our wedding invitations and really had no idea what we wanted. Dion was wonderful! Great pricing and have never been let down in the 10 + years we have used them.Personal service on a level not normally found these days. Apart from my business printing I also used them for my daughters wedding invitations and got lots of help from the owner who was really knowledgeable in this area. The only negative is that they are not open on Saturdaysand when I need something on a Saturday Ive had to go elsewhere and it really makes me appreciate the service I get from Prestige.
Never printed my job, claimed they sent me an e-mail that I never got (I use Gmail). Also they were easily confused by what colors I wanted (black) because the indesign file had green crop lines even though I said, "I only want black ink, no bleed, no border." I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
We used Prestige Print Express for our wedding invitations and shower thank you cards. Dion and Philip were extremely helpful and were able to guide us through the process so that our invites were wonderful. We had looked online for invitations prior to going to Prestige but there is absolutely no way that we would have received the same care and customer service, never mind quality.
