The staff are all very nice and well educated. They go above and beyond to help. The building is clean and the food is good. The social worker is top notch and the facility is clean and environmentally safe. I would recommend this facility for your nursing and rehab needs😊

I absolutely wish I could give 0 stars. My uncle died here this morning. My uncle spent 2 weeks in the VA hospital in Olympia before being given no choice on where to go after but to Prestige. (With a previous hospitalization he was sent to the rehabilitation center across the street from St Pete.) But at Prestige he HATED IT from the moment he arrived. He told us everyday how awful it was, cold, the staff, the roommate, the food, everything. We were not able to get him released sooner due to doctor’s orders. He was 4 hours ... read more

We currently have a very dear friend in here. He had no say where he was sent from hospital. No rehab, roommate has covid which staff said is no big deal anymore and the one with it is just walking around with mask on. He now has an infection but it has been left untreated for days. We can never reach him because one phone is shared by all the patients. Understaffed is not the issue. Poor management, people simply don't care and do nothing. This place should be shut down. No doubt after insurance money. Pathetic place

After a seven week stay from september ninth to october twenty ninth two thousand twenty two. I find that I still have nightmares. Update november twenty third twenty twenty four. I recently drove past this facility and they have changed their name.
