I wish i could give negative stars. This place is an Overpriced scam preying on parent nostalgia.i paid for a high resolution download of my child's grad image. When I went to down load it came back as LOW RESOLUTION. I want my money back . I can take better photos of my child and get better image prints at my local pharmacy. Dont waste your money with this place.
Worst place ever to deal with ignorance bad service horrible reps Polly awful lied on phone about policy's and or upper management hate my child s photos were taken with prestige 😭

I took them over an hour for them to take 4 pictures of me, and the worst part is there was only 4 people there; With there being 4 people there they kept calling the same people up over and over instead of taking a quick 4 picture of me and letting me go.
