If you're thinking about paying extra for the photos sessions outside yearbook. DON'T!!! First, none of the proofs came out well. Then I reschedule the session for them to charge me again. They also, failed to tell me this over the phone when I called to reschedule. Of course I only wanted to re-do the yearbook so my child could at minimum have a secured photo. We visited yesterday 9.26.25 and we were greeted upon entering, checked in quickly and was immediately taken care of from beginning to end! The entire staff was beyond nice, patient and extremely helpful during the entire process. They ensured our son had a memorable experience for his senior pictures! Keep up the good work and thanks again so much! We are beyond excited to see the results!!
Took our son for his senior year book pictures on 9-21-25. Our appointment was for 4:15 and were greated and taken care of when we walked in at 4. The staff is friendly with the students and family. This is was an exciting Day not just for the students but for the parents as well. The photographers made him feel relaxed while going through different poses we can't wait to see how they come out. He even said after we left that was a fun experience!!!
Customer rep is disrespectful she walks off and brings the only black lady there to assist maybe they should allow the black lady to stay at the desk cause she was way more polite and respectful and friendly send that manly man to the back please
