Worst customer service. Chat had 4 hour wait. Calling directed me to off shore call center with rep reading from script and not addressing my issues. Bait and switch web site.....but they would put in an IT ticket to "try" and resolve issue. Trying to get Senior pictures... thanks for the lack of support.

If you're thinking about paying extra for the photos sessions outside yearbook. DON'T!!! First, none of the proofs came out well. Then I reschedule the session for them to charge me again. They also, failed to tell me this over the phone when I called to reschedule. Of course I only wanted to re-do the yearbook so my child could at minimum have a secured photo. BUT WAIT THEY CHARGED FOR THAT. I asked why she said unless they did something physically wrong in the photo we have to pay. Ridiculous!!!! I PAID but I asked them if... read more
We visited yesterday 9.26.25 and we were greeted upon entering, checked in quickly and was immediately taken care of from beginning to end! The entire staff was beyond nice, patient and extremely helpful during the entire process. They ensured our son had a memorable experience for his senior pictures! Keep up the good work and thanks again so much! We are beyond excited to see the results!!
