My daughter had pictures made 8-4-23 at her high school, I paid for the Deluxe package. Today is 9-5-23 and I still have NOT received the proofs. I have made 2 phone calls to the company which ALL calls are directed to India to a call center and they all answer to the name of Ken, I know because I’ve call inquiring about the pictures 3 times.
