Very confusing online ordering process. Very poor customer service. Hanging up on customer calls seems to be the standard answer for complaints. Overall the company only seems to worry about making packages as expensive as possible with as little product quality and no concern for customer satisfaction.

This was supposed to be a joyful and memorable experience for my child’s senior portraits, but unfortunately, this company completely missed the mark. They never answer the phone, and despite multiple voicemails, we never received a single call back. Senior pictures are a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and the lack of communication and professionalism is beyond frustrating. Zero stars, no one is available to answer the phone! Calls are not returned after one business day! Hours are listed 8am- 4 pm and I don’t how no one is ever able to take calls! Codes are given to schedule school appointments and when you out in the code it says no appointments are available! Ineffective method for booking appointments when you know you have a certain amount of students. Time slots should be given according to last names. Very unprofessional!
