They lost the senior pictures and now I'm stuck with NOTHING!!! Customer service is outsourced in Africa!!??? No one is able to help!
I've been trying to contact them to have my daughter retake her pictures for months and can't get through in addition to the lady still spelling her name wrong after going back into the store to tell her it was wrong
Would give zero if I could. After the wrong session was done at my sons school, I brought him to the studio for a redo. Not only was the photographer irritaed at the photos I wanted done, but he didn’t do then. I got proofs back of only the yearbook pose and other backgrounds or poses. Needless to say I won’t be purchasing any and will go somewhere else.
They still haven’t uploaded all my pictures yet and I have call 3x
