This company did our portraits at East Stroudsburg University during COVID-19 in November/December. I drove an hour to have my pictures taken, I was promised headshots and my cap and gown pics. I was told they would take about 3-4 weeks, I should have had them by the end of winter break. The second semester started and I had gotten nothing.
