This is a very mid photography studio. Lots of older sets with some care needed. Example pictures showed many backdrops that are not available. The poor employees were so busy that you could feel the stress they had instead of the joy they should be showing for picture day. Noelle especially was attempting decision-making for two with little structure. I would encourage management to train employees better in posing customers with confidence. I've been trying to reach them to make an appointment for months. No reply even after contacting customer service.
Horrible communication. Thought my son was going to get tux AND cap and gown photo, but only received tux photo. Just as well, because their packages to purchase photos are ridiculous!! Cheapest package is $200 for just 1 pose and a few photo prints!! A la carte is horrible too at $68 for an 8 x 10. So sad that they are taking advantage of seniors and their families since they are the only company taking the yearbook photos and then they inflate the prices so drastically!
We had my daughter's senior pictures done in late July. Our photographer was a younger lady, she was AWESOME. She took great photos (from what I could see on the camera, haven't got them in yet) and helped my daughter feel comfortable and confident when she was having so insecurities. I throughly enjoyed this experience and so did my daughter!!
