I wish I could give negative stars. The whole thing feels like a scam to be honest. The poses are weird and come out looking awkward, they collect an unusual amount of information that they are probably selling to scam companies online, and their prices are $416 for JUST 1 DIGITAL PHOTO. On top of all of this, the photos could be shot by an iPhone and look the same or even better. Read the other low reviews, because I am fully convinced they are paying schools to have them on campuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called & left a detailed msg. Paid for in school potraits that did not happen & no return call ever received. I admit we do not understand the process where we are new to the school, but super frustrating. UPDATE: We were able to arrange a sitting using school to connect with them. We showed up for photos, waited outside in the cold for 15 mins & receptionist let us in. Photographer did NOT SHOW up, so receptionist had to take the photos!

Their website is bad. Their prices are terrible, there package are ridiculous and their photos are slightly better than my phone. Oh almost forgot the poses are hilarious. That bumped them up to two stars. With the prices as high as they are you have to wonder home much they kick back to the school.

I went to get my pictures taken for senior year and first of all my appointment was at 2:00 i didnt even start taking my pictures until 2:45. Second of all taking the pictures at my school was not a good environment to do that in because theres no ac, so I was sweating my makeup off and my hair became greasy very quickly.
