Kenia and the front staff lady were amazing! Kenia made my son feel so comfortable. He is not into taking pictures, but she was so friendly and helpful, that mid session he was gaining so much confidence, that he began to do his own poses. It was the best photo session! I am so grateful for Kenia!!
This company is the worst photography studio to use. If you’re hoping to make memories for your child’s senior year, don’t use them. They will lose your photos. You won’t be able to get ahold of anyone and if you do, they keep telling you to wait 7-10 business days. It’s been almost two months and no response or update. Go else where! Trust me!
What a joke. Had to make a hair appointment for my daughter at 7am for an appointment to take her senior pictures at 10 am. We drove all the way to this studio and it's closed. Yet the system confirmed Saturday availability and sent us a confirmation email. Now I'll need to make her another hair appointment and figure out how to get all the way to this studio on a school day. I am beyond pissed. How about adjust your website to not accommodate Saturday appointments if you're closed on Saturdays
Great location, plenty of parking. A/C would greatly help while waiting for your picture to be taken. Overbooked agenda & short on personel. Although this little details made waiting longer, the photographers are exceptional. They have patience & know how to make you look awesome.
The people were very kind and was an efficient visit.
