Madi and Muhammed were the best they took care of me and my son and they helped us when we forgot our tie they were helpful in offering solutions.They helped us with the best customer service during the photo shoot. Thank you guys!!!
Staff was friendly and professional. The photos came out terrible. Some are blurry, the top of my son’s head is cut off in another he looks greasy in every picture. He did not look that way in person. Their prices and packages are ridiculous. $200 for a single digital download for low quality pictures and that doesn’t even include retouching. My son just had his Senior yearbook photos taken today and our photographer was AMAZING! She was creative, fun, and patient, and all our sneak peeks look incredible! We intended to just do the yearbook photo, but ended up with the largest package because their pricing was so reasonable. We'll still do professional ones outside, but these are great to have right now! I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was an all-around great experience!
I have called & left messages a couple of times. I have not received a phone call back from them. I'm wanting to schedule an appointment for my son. Very bad customer service.
