Garbage customer service. Website options don't match what's offered in the order form that comes with the proofs. Good luck talking to an actual person.
AJ was awesome! her attention to detail was exemplary. It's not the first time I have one of my children take senior pictures but it's definitely the best experience I've had. AJ has a way of making people feel special. It all started by her bringing a chair for me and my son to sit-in then her introducing herself and explaining the process my daughter will be going through while taking pictures. I would give a -1 star if I could. My son had an appointment at his school this morning and the photographers did not show. After the typical horrible customer service companies provide and I got transferred around and around, I was told he would receive no refund as appointments are non-refundable. They would however schedule another appointment with me and wanted that money upfront. This doesn't even make sense.
