Took my senior pictures in october and never got an email. Got told in January that they were lost and there was nothing they could do besides have me come in for another session, but haven't reached iut about that either. Extremely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend
MY NIECE TOOK HER SENIOR PICTURES HERE! The employees and photographers were amazing super sweet!
I WOULD’NT recommend them to anyone. The location in Sugar Land is HORRIBLE. They lost my daughter’s pictures the first time so she had to retake them which almost caused her not to be featured in the yearbook. The photos were not of our liking they looked very amateur and unprofessional. All in all it was one of the WORST ordeals to go through for my senior and our family. I hope FBISD stop using this company altogether!!
OMG!!!THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE PICTURES AT FOR GRADUATION. They lost my daugther's picture session the first time she took them, and now I just found out that they didn't even submit the order for the second session that we had to do redo. This is EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL and FRUSTRATING because now my daughter will not be featured in her school yearbook for senior pictures.
