I hate to leave a bad review but my daughter got her senior pictures taken back in July & we paid for the 3 different poses/ outfits. At first we only received the classic yearbook pose to choose which one would go into the yearbook. I emailed them in regard to the other 2 poses. We got a second pose but still missing the 3rd one which was my daughter favorite one. I’ve called multiple numbers, I’ve spoken with several people and was given a claim #, still no 3rd pose!!! All the telephone numbers have been disconnected and chatting online with a bot got me nowhere.
Their prices are atrocious.
No local phone number. I’ve been told by the online agent, Tia, the same thing for a month. I finally called customer service and was told in fact there was an issue. Now they say the issue has been fixed but my daughters proofs are still not uploaded.
