HORRIBLE. The original picture was blurry. They lost my daughter's kindergarten retake picture and they won't do anything to make it right other than refund the money. I don't want a refund, I want another retake. The workers there are completely unhelpful, had no idea what the process was for how I would receive the images after the picture was retaken. It's been well over a month and now both the 866 number and the local number say they "can't locate it". Terrible service.
We cannot reach you. Our pictures were taken almost a month ago and there’s been no news.
