Theres no reason to have people call to make appointmentls. So the person can leave info just to never be contacted back. Poor poor service.
These were by far the worst photos we've had. My granddaughter's pictures were out of focus. I called and was told they would make it right and they would send us more at no cost, nothing happened. I called again and was told that they would contact me to set up another session, nothing happened. The third time I called, I told them about the previous calls and what had been done. That person said that she would take care of it. Guess what happened, nothing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
